Future focus areas
The Board has consistently focused on the following areas for Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF the past years and will continue to work on several of these important areas of our operations:
• Building of kindergartens
• Building Nursing homes and special housing for elderly and disabled
• Maintenance
• Procurement
• Fire protection
• HSE and internal control

Our annual operating budget is approximately 180 million EUR. In the next four years, Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF is planning to invest about 750 million EUR in building more kindergartens and children’s parks, rehabilitate and develop more nursing homes, special housing for elderly and disabled, health centres, as well as, general improved facility maintenance.
